The primary source of financial assistance for the JSSF small/minority business research/case study is dependent upon sponsorship/benevolent giving to assist in obtaining the necessary supplies, equipment, & materials used for outreach to individuals, their community , & participating small businesses.  Sponsors establish a dialoque, through their contribution that supports the ideology and philosophy, that our small business consortium proponent provide a vehicle for much needed individual and community human resources programs to become self-sufficient.
